Process flows:

Step 1-make tooling

Step 2-stamp the main body

Step 3-inner inspection

Step 4-deburr and tin plating

Step 5-outgoing inspection

For the fast results, when requesting a quote ,it will be proceeded by following steps ;

Provide the drawings which cover the material ,surface treatment ,detail dimension (Dwg or PDF format)
If no any drawings,the sample is the options
Project assessment by our Engineering department
Confirm the drawings before the sample making
Clarification the sample and finalized before the mass production

What do you need to provide a quote?

It will be worked for us if you have the drawing of the product, we would send you our best offer based on your drawing.
But it is ok for us if you don’t have the drawing, we accept the sample, and our experienced engineer could quote based on your samples.

Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

Free samples are available.

What is your terms of payment ?

30% paid to start the mass production and 70% balance paid at the sight of copy of B/L.

What will you do for after-service?

When our metal parts apply to your products, we will follow-up and await for your feedback.
If need any help of the assembly or other matters, our professional engineer will give you a best solutions.
