The Classification of busbars
1. The busbar is divided into hard busbar and soft busbar.
2. According to different shapes, hard busbars can be divided into: rectangular busbars, tubular busbars, grooved busbars, diamond busbars, etc.
3. Rectangular busbars are commonly used busbars. Depending on its material, there are aluminum bus bars (aluminum bars) and copper bus bars (copper bars). The advantages of rectangular busbars are easy installation, little change in operation, and large ampacity, but higher cost.
4. The tubular busbar is usually used in conjunction with the knife switch. The current multi-position steel pipe busbars are convenient for construction, but the current carrying capacity is small. Although the aluminum tube has a large current-carrying capacity, the construction process is difficult and is rarely used at present.
5. Slotted and diamond-shaped busbars are used for high-current busbar bridges and power distribution occasions that require high thermal and dynamic stability.
6. Soft busbars are usually used outdoors. The outdoor space is large, the line spacing is wide, the heat dissipation effect is good, the construction is convenient, and the cost is low.
